Ekowater’s lime dosage system is designed for transporting lime that is essential for hygienisation process. The device is used in municipal and industrial sewage treatment plants. Thanks to its absolutely hermetic structure and modest size, Ekowater’s lime dosage system is installed indoors.

Operating principle
Ekowater’s lime dosage system is based on bagged lime powder that is handed to the sealed dumping chamber located below the dispenser. The bag is cut semiautomatically and suction fan absorbs any dust that may be released during the process. An electric vibrator installed inside ensures equal distribution of the lime discharged to the dispenser. Depending on the requirements, lime’s dosage is adjusted by motor reductor. The crew conveyor integrated with lime dosage system transports the lime further.
