Dewatering and disinfection system Dewatering of sludge takes place at the end of the sewage treatment process. Ekowater’s dewatering system is based on multi-disc screw press that is characterized by: the lowest operating costs, no water consumption in the drainage process (water is solely used to clean the discs), compact size, no compressed air usage and high level of leachate purity.
